DEALER INFORMATION

Effective 1 April 2012

Most paperback books published by Merriam Press are eligible for these discounts. Titles that are not published by Merriam Press and all PDF files are not available at a discount.

Pre-payment is required. First time business customers must provide proof that they are a legitimate business.

Discounts for paperbacks are:

25% for one copy
40% for two through five copies
50% for six or more copies

In order to keep the retail prices as low as possible, hardcover editions of Merriam Press titles are no longer available at a discount. Hardcover editions are available only at retail prices direct from Merriam Press, or the printer at Lulu.com.

All books are printed on demand and shipped direct from the printer. The printer’s name and return address will be on the shipping label. Your Purchase Order Number, if provided, will be on the shipping label. Production time for paperbacks is 3-5 business days, plus shipping time.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders by USPS Media Mail. Most large orders will usually ship by UPS. Faster options are available at additional cost.

Foreign shipments: If you use a consolidation service and we ship your order to a U.S. address, then the U.S. shipping rules apply. If you do not use a consolidation service, you must send your order first for a quote, which will include shipping.

All payments must be in U.S. funds. Checks and money orders accepted from U.S. dealers. I can also accept payment by American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal which can be used for payment of all orders, U.S. and foreign. For PayPal payments, use my business email address, ray@merriam-press.com, for the account pay-to information. Send cash at your own risk! No COD orders. Foreign dealers must send payment by postal money order, credit card, or PayPal; I have been having too much trouble with all other forms of payment including bank checks even when drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.
